CARINA is a broad-spectrum organophosphate insecticide and acaricide formulated with high-quality Profenofos, manufactured by PI Industries Ltd., which is recognized as the world’s second-largest producer of Profenofos technical.

MODE OF ACTION

CARINA exhibits a unique mode of action that provides significant advantages over several other products. As an organophosphate insecticide, it effectively inhibits the enzyme acetylcholinesterase, which is crucial for transmitting nerve impulses. When pests feed on or come into contact with a CARINA-treated plant, they first become paralyzed and subsequently die.
