MODE OF ACTION:

• SHIELD works as a systemic fungicide, providing multiple actions to inhibit fungal growth:
  1. Inhibits Spore Germination: Prevents spores from germinating and penetrating the plant tissue.
  2. Blocks Mycelial Growth: Disrupts fungal mycelial development.
  3. Chitin Biosynthesis Inhibition: Stops the formation of the chitin layer in fungal cell walls.
  4. Enhances Disease Resistance: Improves the plant’s natural defense mechanisms.
